Wellington North continues to run well-above the ten-year average for building permits.
To the end of October, there have been 238 building permits issued worth almost $39-million in Wellington North.
The ten-year average for this period of 206 permits is worth about $22-million.
In October alone, the municipality issued $3.3-million in permits - of which more than half was for residential construction.
