Drivers in some parts of Midwestern Ontario will see sudden changes in weather and road conditions on Wednesday.
Narrow bands of heavy snow continue to move across the northern parts of the area from Lake Huron. Visibility is reduced in those snow bands.
The heaviest bands are along the lakeshore, and across parts of Bruce, Grey and northern Huron counties. Additional snowfall amounts of 10 centimetres are possible Wednesday in the snow streamers.
Bands will begin to shift southwards through the morning and will taper to flurries this afternoon.
Weather conditions can change from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres.
Areas further away from the lake have very little snow.
