HP Healthcare Alliance starts new accountability planning process

The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance has announced a new 90-day accountability planning process.

CEO Andrew Williams described the process as an extension of the recently-approved commitment to the community document that identifies specific goals they've set, and requires them to review their progress towards achieving those goals.

Williams said a critical assessment will be done every 90 days.

"Reporting up through the board into the community so that people are very aware of where we're putting our energy, what's important to the organization for the next 12 to 24 months, really help keeping us focused on the areas that we really need to pay attention to," Williams.

He added there will be four 90-day cycles a year, and each will build on the previous one. It will be a way of tracking and ensuring that the commitments they've made in their plan are being met and hopefully exceeded.
