School buses for F.E. Madill, Maitland River Elementary and Sacred Heart Catholic School were on hold Tuesday due to freezing rain.
Conditions are now improving and schools are planning a 4pm dismissal. Howick buses also stating they will not be travelling down gravel routes Tuesday night, and parents are being notified.
