Members of the Bluewater Area Family Health Team have one more reason to hope for the end of winter. As soon as the snow disappears, construction can start on the renovations to their office in Zurich.
Co-Chair Steve Harberer explains the family health team is owned by the 42-hundred patients that rely on the team for health care. They've run out of room in the current facility for physicians and patients.
Harberer explains the project involves building an addition on the current parking lot that would have offices and exam rooms.
Once that structure is finished, staff can move in and the renovation can begin on the existing section.
Harberer adds the goal is to complete the entire project within one year.
