The LaSalle Vipers defused the Strathroy Rockets 7-3 in GOJHL action on Wednesday.
Kory Silverio and Cody Schneider led LaSalle with two goals each, while AJ Ryan, Jack Bowler and Stephane Crevier all scored once.
The Vipers will head to St. Thomas on Friday to take on the Stars at 7:30 p.m.

As well, the London Nationals topped the St. Marys Lincolns 5-1.
Max Vinogradov, Josh Castle, George Diaco, James Turner and Cal Davis each scored once goal for London.
The Nationals will travel to Sarnia on Thursday to battle the Legionnaires at 7:10 p.m.

And in Junior C hockey, the Wallaceburg Lakers fell 8-2 in their 10th straight loss to the Essex 73's.
Curtis Jackson, Bryce OBrien, Jeremy Oriet, Michael Ruttinger, Michael Vieira, Adam Gaiarin, William Stadder and Bryce Ryan all scored a goal for Essex.
Josh Remsik and Jake Vancoillie scored the two goals for Wallaceburg.
The 73's return to home ice on Sunday to face off against the Mooretown Flags at 2:30 p.m. Also on Sunday, the Lakers are in Blenheim to play the Blades at 7 p.m.

Also, the Wheatley Sharks doubled the Petrolia Flyers 6-3.
Parker Boyle was the lead scorer for Wheatley with two goals, while Braedon Caetano, Eric Prudence, Mitch Lantin and Curtis Rodrigues all scored once.
The Sharks head to Dresden on Friday to take on the Kings at 7:30 p.m.
