Men charged after break-and-enter items found in stolen vehicle

London police investigating a stolen vehicle uncovered items snatched during various break-ins.

Police received information that a stolen vehicle was in the area of Richmond Street and Fanshawe Park Road East around noon on Wednesday. Officers arrived on scene and arrested two men who were seated inside the vehicle.

A search turned up several items that were stolen during various thefts and break and enters, police said.

An airsoft pistol was also seized.

Two London men, both 39, have been charged with five counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and one count of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

One of the men was additionally charged with possession of a firearm contrary to probation order and failure to comply with an undertaking.

Both have future court dates.
