Thieves steal $90K worth of condoms

Provincial police in Oxford County are investigating after $90,000 worth of condoms were stolen in Zorra Township.

According to police, they got a report of a theft from an address on Road 68 around 5:30 a.m. on Friday, November 5. Officers determined that thieves accessed the property by damaging a fence. They also damaged several vehicles on the property.

"A 2018 white Freight CAS truck, with Nova Scotia licence plate PR45449 and a white 2019 VANR VXP trailer, with Ontario licence plate R4621L, loaded with over $90,000 worth of Skyn brand condoms and accessories were stolen," police said in a news release issued Friday afternoon.

Police are looking at surveillance video as they investigate the theft.
