There will be another hiccup for drivers travelling through downtown London on Wednesday.
As of 7 a.m., Richmond Street between Oxford Street East and Piccadilly Street will be closed for asphalt restoration work.
According to the city, the repaving will take about 14 hours to complete with Richmond scheduled to reopen by 9 p.m.
A detour will be set-up to assist drivers around the one-block closure. Pedestrians will still be able to use Richmond and businesses will remain open.
