Three teens face charges after London police seize guns and drugs

London police have taken more guns off the city's streets - this time, from three teenage boys.

Two 14-year-olds and a 13-year-old face a long list of charges after a bust that involved searches at seven different London homes last week.

The criminal code search warrants were executed at two homes on Marconi Boulevard and White Oak Road, as well as homes on Lancaster Street, Westminster Drive, and First Street.

From the seven locations, officers seized a SKS 7.62 rifle, a Mossberg sawed-off shotgun, an Ithica sawed-off shotgun, 48 rounds of 7.62 ammunition, one extended magazine, three replica handguns, 1042 grams of methamphetamine (valued at $104,200) and, 168 grams of fentanyl (valued at $33,000).

The three teens facing charges can not be named, due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

They've all been charged with the following offences:

Three counts of careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition Three counts of possession of a loaded/unloaded regulated firearm Two counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon Two counts of possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device knowing no authority Possession of a firearm other than restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a licence Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition Two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking

One of the teens is also charged with one count of failing to comply with undertaking.

All three suspects were scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
