Police look to identify two people cashing in stolen lotto tickets

London police are hoping to identify two people who may be connected to a variety store robbery that happened late last month.

On April 27 at around 3 a.m. police say two men entered a Circle K convenience store on 265 Oxford Street East, pulled a knife, and demanded cash and lottery tickets.

A short time later, the pair fled after obtaining an undisclosed amount of items from the store. No one was injured during the incident.

In a statement issued on Thursday, police released photos from video surveillance that shows a young woman and an older man cashing in lottery tickets that were reported stolen following the April 27 robbery.

"Investigators believe that the individuals may be able to offer information relevant to the investigation," police said.
