London police seek home invasion suspect

Police are asking for assistance in locating a man accused of breaking into a home while a mother and her child were inside.

At around 9 a.m. March 28, police say an unknown man entered an enclosed porch at a residence on Horton Street near Wellington Street.

Police allege the man approached the mother and her young daughter and made threats towards them both before entering the unit. The two victims fled from the home and called police.

No injuries were reported.

According to police, the man was last seen going west on Horton away from the property after personal items were taken.

Police searched the area for some time, but no arrests were made.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male between 25 to 35-years-old, approximately 5'3" 175 lbs with dark brown or black receding hair. He was wearing all black clothing at the time of the robbery.
