A London man is facing charges after a break-in at a north London restaurant early Tuesday morning.

At 1 a.m., the security alarm went off at the Waltzing Weasel on Adelaide Street, when a man entered the restaurant.

The restaurant’s owner was able to use video surveillance to provide a description of the suspect to police.

At 1:30 a.m., a man matching that description was located not far away at the intersection of Adelaide and Windermere Road.

A 41-year-old man is charged with break and enter with intent to commit and indictable offense and possession of break and enter instruments.

He’ll appear in court on July 8.
