Christmas comes early for Dream Lottery winners

The winners of London's largest lottery draw have been revealed.

The two big winners of the Dream Lottery were announced at the Silverleaf Dream Home in London on Thursday, with tickets selling out quickly to allow for an early draw.

Lori Flynn of Exeter won the grand prize of the lottery and will now have to decide between an adventure package that includes $750,000 cash; a backyard makeover package that includes $750,000 cash; a furnished Silverleaf Dream Home in London by Bridlewood Homes; a furnished Edgewater Estates Dream Home in Kilworth by Vranic Homes; or $1 million cash.

Malaisy Visouvath of London was the other big winner, taking home half of a 50/50 prize pool that reached a record high of $1,266,375.

"This Dream Lottery was a huge success and another record-breaker thanks to our generous community," said Scott Fortnum, president and CEO of the Children’s Health Foundation, in a news release. "Thank you to everyone who supported our hospitals - allowing them to provide the best possible patient care, now and in the future.”

The Dream Lottery has raised more than $44 million since 1996 in support of the regional hospitals in London. The lottery is organized by the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, London Health Sciences Foundation, and Children's Health Foundation.
