Man hurt, woman arrested in stabbing

A man was taken to hospital after a stabbing across from London police headquarters on Tuesday morning.

Police were called to Dundas Street near Adelaide Street around 8:15 a.m. According to police, a man was inside his apartment building when he saw a woman he didn’t recognize. Knowing that she wasn’t a resident, he asked her to leave. There was an argument and the man was stabbed. He was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

A woman was arrested shortly after officers arrived on scene.
