A Dorchester man is dead following a two-vehicle crash involving a transport truck east of Ingersoll.
Emergency crews were called about a serious collision to Foldens Line and Clarke Road around 3 p.m. on Thursday.
According to Oxford OPP, a tractor trailer was heading north on Foldens Line when it collided with a vehicle that was heading west on Clarke Road.
The driver of the vehicle, 34-year-old Derrick Wallace of Dorchester, was rushed to hospital where he later died from his injuries. The transport truck driver was not hurt.
The crash closed the intersection for roughly five hours. It reopened around 8 p.m.
