Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Woodstock man accused of driving into a fence with a child inside the vehicle.
Woodstock police were called after a vehicle collided with a fence on Blandford Street just after 10 a.m. on Friday. Officers stopped the suspected vehicle in the area of John and Teeple streets shortly after.
A child passenger was inside the vehicle at the time.
No injuries were reported.
A 29-year-old Woodstock man is charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, operation of a vehicle while impaired by drugs, and possession of a Schedule I Substance.
