Zero new COVID-19 cases in London-Middlesex

Saturday marked the second day in a row of no COVID-19 cases in the London-area.

The regional case count remained at 735. Meanwhile, one new case was listed as being recovered.

No additional cases were also reported in either Elgin or Oxford counties. The region’s total number of infections since the start of the pandemic stands at 254.

Elsewhere, provincial health officials reported 169 new cases on Saturday and processed over 28,600 tests.

According to Health Minister Christine Elliot, 19 of Ontario's 34 public health units reported zero new cases.
