Shots fired in St. Thomas

Police in St. Thomas are investigating what they are calling a "targeted" shooting.

Officers were called to the north end of John Street around 6 a.m. Thursday by a resident on the street who said they heard gunshots. When police arrived, they found a vehicle with bullet holes in the back window. The vehicle was seized as part of the investigation.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Police said there is no danger to the public as it appears this was a targeted incident.
