Knights beat Frontenacs 7-5

The London Knights rallied in the third period to take a 7-5 victory in Kingston on Saturday night.

The Frontenacs took an early lead in the first period with two goals. However, Markus Phillips scored the first goal for London shortly after with an assist from Alec Regula and Nathan Dunkley.

Billy Moskal returned in the second period to score another goal for London. The Frontenacs came back with a third goal, giving Kingston a slight edge as they went into the third.

The third period saw another two goals from Kitchener but London answered with five goals, which were made by Antonio Stranges, Matvey Guskov, and Liam Foudy. London's Luke Evangelista was the night's star player after scoring two goals in the third period, one of which was the game-winning goal.

Knight's goalie Dylan Myskiw made 23 saves of the 28 shots taken.

The London Knights will be in Ottawa to play the 67's on Family Day Monday. Puck drop is set for 2 p.m.
