A trucker is facing charges after a big rig collided with a car while merging onto Highway 403 in Oxford County.
Emergency crews were called to the 403 on-ramp near Oxford Road 55 around 9:45 a.m. Thursday. The transport truck was merging onto the highway when it hit the car, OPP said.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The trucker, a 37-year-old Brampton man, was not hurt. He is not charged with not safely changing lanes.
