Woodstock police have made an arrest in a child luring investigation that began last month.
Officers arrested a 27-year-old man on September 10, weeks after they began looking into the allegations.
Police have not specified what prompted the child luring investigation to begin.
Andrew Smith, 27, of Woodstock is charged with luring a child and making sexually explicit materials available to a child.
