Old East explosion: how you can help

In the aftermath of an explosion in Old East Village, residents of London are lining up to help those who have been forced from their homes.

Donations are being collected at several locations, including Libro Credit Union. It has set up a fund to help families that are need after their homes were damaged. The credit union started things off with a $10,000 donations of its own and is accepting donation at all of its branches.

 

Donations are also being accepted at LifeSpin at 866 Dundas St.

Fire Roasted Coffee is accepting donations at its location at 630 Dundas Street, as are Anderson Craft Ales (1030 Elias Street) and the London Brewing Co-operative (521 Burbrook Place).
