Victoria Day Closures

Whether you plan on tackling some yard work, opening up the cottage, or just relaxing this Victoria Day long weekend, there are a few closures to be aware of.

The following is a list of what’s open and closed in London on holiday Monday:

CLOSED:

Government offices (municipal, provincial, and federal) Schools Canada Post (no mail delivery) Malls (including White Oaks Mall, Masonville Place, and Westmount Shopping Centre) Banks LCBO/Beer Stores Grocery stores Costco Wholesale London Public Library branches Most drug stores (Shoppers Drug Mart locations at 1224 Commissioners Rd. W, 510 Hamilton Rd. and in Sherwood Forest Mall at 1225 Wonderland Rd. N will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

OPEN:

Fanshawe Pioneer Village (Queen Victoria birthday festivities starting at 1 p.m.) Fanshawe Conservation Area (Fanshawe Optimist Fireworks Show at dusk, for campsite availability call 1-866-668-2267) Labatt Retail Store on the corner of Richmond Street and Horton Street – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. London Children’s Museum – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. London’s 16 spray pads – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Movie theatres The LTC will be running on a Sunday schedule
