Police seize cocaine, replica handgun during raids

Two London men are facing charges after police raids on four homes turned up a replica gun and more than $38,000 worth of cocaine.

London police searched homes on Huron Street, Richmond Street, Hamilton Road, and Crumlin Side Road on Wednesday. Officers seized 382.5 grams of cocaine, 16 Percocet pills, a replica handgun, and $4,000 cash.

A 25-year-old man and a 33-year-old man, both from London, are charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.

The 25-year-old is additionally charged with possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited, and failing to comply with an undertaking.

Both men were scheduled to appear in London court in relation to the charges Thursday.
