Express strike down Lightning 121-88

The London Lightning fell 121-88 to the Windsor Express in NBLC action on Wednesday.

The Express scored a 13-point advantage by the end of the first quarter and extended their lead to 60-37 by halftime. Windsor remained ahead with a strong 81-61 lead at the end of the third frame, and left London in the dust during the fourth to win with a 33-point advantage.

Juan Pattillo led Windsor with a game-high 27 points and nine rebounds. Tyrrel Tate added another 22 points and five rebounds, while Chris Jones put up 17 points and had seven assists.

Maurice Bolden was the top scorer for London with 19 points and eight rebounds, while Kevin Ware Jr. added another 16 points. Josiah Moore also had 13 points and six rebounds.

The two teams return to the court for a rematch on Thursday. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. in London.
