Jewellery store robbed in Strathroy

Police are looking for suspects following a jewellery store heist in Strathroy.

The Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service said on Thursday at around 6:10 p.m., two male suspects entered Poag’s Jewellers, smashed some of the glass cases and made off with an undisclosed amount of jewelry.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspects were all dressed in black and their faces were covered. They were last seen fleeing the area in a newer black, Dodge Ram pick up truck with chrome bumpers and rims.

An investigation is ongoing.
