Woodstock police seeking flasher
Woodstock police are searching for a man who exposed himself to two women in two separate incidents on Tuesday.
The first woman was flashed by a man around 8 a.m., then five and a half hours later a second woman reported a man exposed himself to her. Both incidents happened in the central area of the city, police said.
The man is described as Caucasian, in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 feet 5 inches tall’, with a muscular build, long dirty brown hair shaved at the side with a “man-bun” style on top, a full “stubble” style beard, and several tattoos on his body. He was wearing a dark coloured t-shirt, black jogging pants, and was carrying a black gym bag around his shoulders.
