Environment Canada has ended a heat warning that was previously in place for much of southwestern Ontario.
Several days of heat left kids sweltering in classrooms that do not have air conditioning -- that includes schools in the London-area and Chatham-Kent.
Temperatures peaked at over 30 C, feeling like 44 C with the humidity factored in.
It was the sixth time this summer that a heat alert had to be issued by several health units across the region as well.
Temperatures are expected to peak in the low 20's C for the next several days.
