London-based Voices.com is celebrating more success.
The digital talent platform announced Tuesday it now has more than 500,000 registered users of its online audio and voice over products and services. It is the first time in the company's 13-year history that it has reached the milestone.
Voices.com also noted it now has customers in 160 different countries around the world. The significant growth comes one year after the company received an $18-million investment from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital.
"We've been disciplined to execute on our strategic plan, resulting in a very successful year since our investment last July,” said Voices.com CEO David Ciccarelli. “We're now serving over 500,000 users on our platform and have experienced an impressive jump in transactions on the site. This is evidence of wide adoption, from both the clients finding the perfect voice for their projects and the voice over talent being successful in finding work on our platform."
Since July of last year, Voices.com has created 66 new positions, mostly in sales, IT, and marketing. The company was also ranked in the top 100 of the Profit 500 ranking of Canada’s fastest-growing companies and recognized in the 2017 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America.
Voices.com was founded in 2005 and currently employs more than 120 people with clients and voice talent all over the globe.
