Lightning Fall To River Lions In Game 3

The London Lightning are still one win away from a series victory after falling 124-115 to the Niagara River Lions in Game 3 on Tuesday.

London scored a one-point lead in the first quarter, but the River Lions fought back in the second for a 66-57 advantage heading into halftime.  The Lightning continued to trail Niagara 91-82 at the end of the third and were unable to regain the lead before the end of the final frame.

Royce White led London with 25 points and 18 rebounds, while Mo Bolden had another 24 points and seven rebounds. Kyle Johnson also put up 20 points and had six rebounds.

The Lightning currently lead the best-of-five series 2-1.

London will battle Niagara in Game 4 on Friday. Tip-off is at 7pm in St. Catharines.
