Provincial police say the westbound lanes of Hwy. 402 are open again at Centre Rd. near Strathroy after a tractor-trailer jack-knifed on Friday morning.
Police say it happened as roads became slippery as a cold front brought frigid air to the area, freezing the water that was on the highway. The westbound lanes re-opened just after 10am.
