Man Walks Away From Plane Crash

The Ontario Provincial Police in Brant County is investigating a plane crash south-east of Brantford.

A single-engine Cessna plane crashed in a farmer's field around 1pm Monday near Hwy. 54 and Number 6 School Rd.

The pilot, a 58-year-old Kincardine man, suffered minor injuries and was taken to the nearest hospital for treatment.

The Transport Safety Board will investigate the crash, and anyone with information is urged to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Anonymous tips can also be posted online.
