A London man faces a dozen drugs and weapons charges after a raid that turned up methamphetamine, hydromorph, marijuana, and a restricted gun.
Police searched a home on Wellington St. on Thursday seizing 32 grams of methamphetamine, 1 g of marijuana, 1482 grams of marijuana shake, 4 x 12 mg hydromorph contin, 2 x 24 mg hydromorph contin, 18 marijuana plants, and seven marijuana clones.
A loaded Luger DWM 9mm restricted firearm and brass knuckles were also found in the home.
Police say the raid came after a traffic stop near Sarnia which saw the suspect vehicle drive over two tire deflation devices in the area of London Line and Mandaumin Rd. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Sarnia and a man was arrested a short distance way.
Sean Thomson, 25, of London is charged with the following;
- Two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in schedule I substance
- Two counts of possession of a schedule II substance
- Possession of schedule I substance
- Production of a schedule II substance
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon
- Careless storage of a firearm
- Possession of a prohibited firearm
- Two counts of possess firearm while prohibited/prohibited weapon
