The London Lightning struck down the Saint John Mill Rats in a 104-92 victory on Thursday.
London took a narrow 23-20 lead after the first quarter, but were able to extend it to 53-39 at halftime. The Mill Rats caught up slightly in the third to make it 80-71, but the Lightning were still able to win it with a 12 point advantage.
Warren Ward scored a game high 24 points for London, while Stephen Maxwell had 23 points and 18 rebounds.
The Lightning will take on the Windsor Express on Saturday at 7pm.
