Knights Fall To Spits In OT

Despite a comeback in the third period, the London Knights couldn't overcome the Windsor Spitfires, falling 6-5 in overtime.

On Friday, the Spitfires were ahead 4-2 at the end of the second, and the Knights were able to score three in the third, over one from Windsor, to tie the game.

Spitfires centre Logan Brown scored the game winner 0:17 into overtime.

Gabriel Vilardi led Windsor with two goals, and Aaron Berisha was lead scorer for London with two goals as well.

The Knights return to the ice on Sunday to take on the Oshawa Generals at 6:05pm. The Spitfires will face off against the Peterborough Petes on Thursday at 7:05pm.
