Royals Crush Majors

The Majors suffered a rough 21-10 loss to the Guelph Royals in London Friday night.

First baseman Cleveland Brownlee had three hits, three runs and an RBI for London, while designated hitter Brett Sabourin had two hits, an RBI and a run.

Majors starting pitcher Cory Hammond went 2.2 innings in the loss, allowing six earned runs on nine hits, walking two and striking out one.

London has fallen to 15-14 in the season and will play the Brantford Red Sox on Sunday. First pitch is at 1:05pm.
