Three people have been charged after police executed search warrants on the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation.
Middlesex Ontario Provincial Police says on Wednesday, OPP officers with assistance from Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Police, executed Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants at a business and a residence.
Police say a quantity of cocaine, cannabis marijuana, hydromorphone, and anabolic steroids were seized. Two stolen motorcycles, a firearm, and two stun guns were also located and seized.
As a result, Nicholas Marsh, 29, of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Ontario, has been charged with:
- Three counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Four counts of possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Two counts of possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Four counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon.
- Possession of a firearm while prohibited.
- Five counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
- Two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Three counts of possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Two counts of possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Two counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon.
- Two counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm.
- Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- Two counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon.
- Three counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
