Knights Stop Attack In OT

The London Knights won a close game against the Owen Sound Attack, taking a 3-2 win in overtime.

During the game Friday night, the Knights fought to stay even with the Attack with neither team scoring in the first period. The second period ended with both teams scoring one goal to tie it 1-1. And in the third, both teams scored again to tie it 2-2. Finally in OT the Knights were able to come out on top with one final goal.

London narrowly out shot Owen Sound 42-40.

Drake Rymsha and Matt Rupert each scored a goal for the Knights. Max Domi scored London’s final goal in overtime.

The Knights take on the Erie Otters next on Saturday night at 7pm.
