Ryan O’Reilly’s impaired driving case has been put over to next month.

At the London courthouse Thursday morning, the judge set a date of November 5 for the next appearance.

The 24-year-old Buffalo Sabres star and Clinton-area native was arrested on July 9, after a pickup truck crashed into the Tim Horton’s in Lucan.

Police allege O’Reilly was behind the wheel and was driving under the influence of alcohol. It’s also alleged he fled the scene.

After his arrest, O’Reilly was taken to police headquarters and charged with impaired driving and failing to remain at the scene of a crash.

A lawyer has appeared on his behalf each time the case has come up.
