Mentoring London's Future Problem Solvers

Engage London workshops aim to create the volunteers and philanthropists of tomorrow.

Those who have signed up for this year's sessions will meet once a month until May and hear from different community organizations about the challenges facing the non-profit sector, roadblocks while fundraising and issues for up-and-coming charities.

"It helps them find the right fit in terms of volunteering, figuring out if working on a board or on the committee level works for them," says the London Community Foundation's Director of Donor Relations Diane Silva. "You could be already volunteering and maybe you haven't found the right fit for you."

Those who take part in the workshops will be assigned a real charity to work with. The case study allows them to problem solve and work inside the non-profit sector.
