Despite the bitter temperatures, Premier Kathleen Wynne started her Tuesday with a run around the track at Western University.
Some athletic students and Mayor Matt Brown joined her on the jog.
Wynne is on a tour of the province's colleges and universities and on Monday, visited the University of Guelph before arriving at Western Monday night where she talked to students about a variety of issues. She says one concern that comes up regularly is mental health.

After a tour of Western's Active Learning Space, the Premier headed to the University of Waterloo.
