OPP say officers were called to the area of Blue Heron Rd. in Lambton County on October 6 for two suspicious men on bicycles.

The pair were spotted coming out of a corn field with freshly harvested marijuana plants. Both were arrested and the drugs, valued at $100,000, were seized.

A 33-year-old Petrolia man and 53-year-old London man face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, mischief and possession of property obtained by crime.

Both are to appear in a Sarnia court to answer to the charges.
