Police Seek Witness To Fatal Crash

OPP are searching for anyone who may have witnessed a crash in Zorra Township that left a London motorcyclist dead.

Investigators say a westbound vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic on 19th Line near Ingersoll and struck and eastbound motorcycle head on. The driver, 55-year-old Andrezej Kloc, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident occurred at 12:45pm on Sunday, September 7 at 19th Line near Road 64. Police are appealing for all witnesses to come forward. Specifically, investigators are searching for a female who identified herself as a nurse at the scene. She is believed to be in her 20s and have long brown hair.

The 70-year-old driver of the vehicle, George Pickering, faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and criminal negligence causing death. He was treated for minor injuries and released from hospital.
