Police Investigate Armed Bank Robbery

London police are looking for a suspect after an armed bank robbery on Thursday afternoon.
Around 1:45pm, police say a man armed with a handgun robbed the Scotiabank on Hamilton Rd. just east of Highbury Ave.
Police say he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, escaping the scene in a black pickup truck.
Constable Ken Steeves says no one was injured, but they don’t know what kind of gun the man was carrying.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6’1″ with a muscular build, and around 200lbs. He was wearing grey sweatpants, a grey hoodie, sunglasses and a black face mask.
Anyone with any information is asked to call London police or Crime Stoppers.
