Police Searching For Purse Snatcher

London police are searching for a man who ran off with an elderly woman’s purse on Tuesday morning.
An 82-year-old woman reported she was assaulted by a suspect near Camelia Rd. and Victoria Dr., close to Northland Mall. She told police the suspect then grabbed her purse and took off.
The woman sustained only minor injuries.
London police are asking the public to help identify the suspect. He is described as a black male, between 17 and 20, 5’6″ to 5’7″, with a medium build, and short black hair. He was wearing a red t-shirt dark shorts and a white baseball-style hat.
Police are asking anyone who sees the suspect not to approach him, but instead to contact police, or call Crime Stoppers.
