Update: Police Investigation Closes Commissioners

London police have charged a Sarnia man after closing Commissioners Rd. E near Highland Ave.
Police say a man was driving a stolen transport truck when he ran it into a hydro pole around 5:30am Saturday morning.
34-year-old Nathan Smith of Sarnia is charged with one count of theft of a motor vehicle, failing to stop at the scene of accident, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and driving while under suspension.
