London-native Top Canadian Woman In Boston Marathon

A London native was the top Canadian woman in the Boston Marathon on Monday.

Lanni Marchant, who was born in London and now practices law in Tennessee, finished 14th. Her time was 2:30:34.

The top Canadian man was Tom McGrath of Edmonton. He completed his run in 2:30:30

American Meb Keflezighi won the men’s race in a time of 2:08:37, while Kenyan Rita Jeptoo finished first among women with a time of 2:18:57.
