Sex Assault Suspect Sought

London police are looking for a suspect after the sexual assault of a sex trade worker.

Police say it happened around 2am on Sunday, April 6.

According to police, an adult sex trade worker met the suspect in the area of Hamilton Rd. and St. Julian St. ┬áThe man drove her to the area of St. Julien Park, where she was sexually assaulted in the man’s vehicle.

The suspect is described as male, possibly in his 30’s. He has an average build and appeared to be of middle eastern decent with a strong accent. He also had long, dark curly hair, an unkempt beard, and is a smoker. At the time he was wearing black pants, a light coloured sweatshirt and a black toque.

The vehicle involved is described as an older model (possibly mid-90’s) four-door sedan, with a white or light coloured exterior and darker coloured trim on the lower portion of the vehicle. The interior was a light colour, possibly tan, vinyl material.
