Man Charged With Indecent Act

A 32-year-old man is facing a charge after police received a report that someone exposed his genitals in a Rodney pizza shop.
On Friday, Elgin County OPP were called after a man came into the Back Door Pizza Restaurant to pick up a pizza and allegedly began masturbating in front of a female employee and another female witness. Police say he then left the restaurant, but short time later was arrested at his home.
Police have now charged 32-year-old Robert Claude Cochrane, of West Elgin, with one count of Indecent Act
He is scheduled to appear in a St. Thomas court on April 22.
